Fruit Salsa

This recipe I adapted from http://www.cookingchanneltv.com/recipes/kelsey-nixon/stone-fruit-salsa-with-cinnamon-chips-recipe/index.html. I made this as an appetizer, which I don’t really recommend because it was very sweet, especially with cinnamon pita chips to dip with. However, this is a really good snack or dessert for the summer time AND stone fruits are good for you 🙂 I used nectarines, peaches, plums, cherries, and apricots because yeah that is just what I happened to have on hand. Image
